Your
soul
craves
something
more.
Your
heart
wants
joy,
not
business.
You're
done
with
all
the
shirts
and
ready
to
reconnect
with
what
truly
nourishes
you.
Welcome,
I'm
Rachel,
and
this
is
the
Soft
Way
podcast.
A
space
to
quiet
the
noise,
release
the
pressure,
and
listen
to
the
voice
within
you
that's
always
known
your
truth.
Join
me
for
soulful
practical
insights
to
help
you
ground
into
the
presence,
connect
with
your
higher
self,
and
let
this
version
of
you
lead
your
life
with
playfulness
and
gentle
power.
And
without
the
pressure
to
figure
it
all
out.
Because
you
are
supported.
Life
is
with
you.
So
come
on
home.
Hello,
hope
you're
good.
It's
really
good
to
have
you
with
me.
So
today
when
I
was
preparing
to
um
to
do
this,
I
was
meditating
and
I
was
envisioning
that's
a
difficult
word
to
say
somehow.
Um
I
was
envisioning
the
type
of
person
that
I'm
speaking
to
on
this
podcast,
and
that
is
a
quiet
soul
who
feels
things
deeply,
who's
maybe
highly
sensitive,
if
you
resonate
with
that
term.
So
someone
who
feels
deeply
and
also
who
senses
that
they're
here
for
more,
whatever
the
more
might
be,
could
be
more
freedom,
more
self-expression,
more
beauty,
more
fun,
more
connection.
So
there's
a
sense
of
more
of
expansion
that
is
kind
of
wanting
to
happen.
But
this
person,
which
might
be
you,
might
find
that
their
mind
can
get
in
the
way
of
expressing
that
expansion,
that
sense
of
wanting
to
expand.
So
finding
it
hard
to
step
forward
into
that.
And
so
as
I
was
imagining
this
person,
I
almost
instantly
felt
um
felt
called
to
touch
on
something
a
bit
more
mystical,
shall
we
say,
today.
So
we
can
get
very
lost
in
these
busy
lives
that
we're
living,
these
busy
and
very
noisy
lives
that
we
have,
or
maybe
lost
in
the
pain
of
the
past,
and
the
pain
of
all
the
effects
that
the
past
has,
maybe,
on
how
we
see
ourselves,
and
so
it's
important,
I
feel,
to
keep
bringing
ourselves
back,
coming
back
to
what's
actually
true,
and
that's
what
this
podcast
is
all
about,
really.
Coming
back
to
a
place
where
you
feel
alive,
you
feel
at
peace,
you
feel
capable
and
clear.
A
place
where
you
remember
that
the
seemingly
delicate
nature
of
your
being
is
actually
a
gift
when
you
allow
it.
So
today
I'd
like
to
gently
point
you
back
to
yourself
and
to
the
spark
that's
within
you.
The
spark
that's
been
here
ever
since
you
came
into
being.
You
can
feel
that
spark
in
your
body
when
you're
drawn
towards
something
an
idea,
a
sunset,
a
dream,
the
smell
of
fresh
rosemary.
There's
this
receptiveness
about
you,
the
way
you
receive
the
world
deeply.
And
it's
that
same
receptivity
that
can
also
become
overloaded
when
something
hard,
something
difficult,
maybe
something
ugly
enters
your
field.
Sometimes
it
feels
like
too
much,
you're
feeling
too
much,
reacting
against
the
things
that
you
are
noticing,
seeing,
interacting
with.
More
important.
What
people
think
about
you,
how
well
you
appear
to
be
performing
or
how
well
you
seem
to
fit
in.
But
that
spark
inside
hasn't
gone
anywhere.
And
it
knows
your
true
value.
And
it's
still
guiding
you.
If
you
like,
you
can
reflect
here
for
a
moment.
Just
noticing
what
pops
up
into
your
awareness
as
an
image
or
a
word
or
a
feeling.
What
lights
you
up?
What
piques
your
curiosity?
What
makes
you
forget
yourself
and
forget
that
long
list
of
things
that
someone
told
you
was
wrong
with
you?
What
makes
you
feel
playful
and
silly
and
free?
Those
things
that
you're
drawn
to
are
not
random.
And
not
everyone
is
drawn
to
those
things.
These
things
that
turn
you
on,
that
light
you
up.
They're
showing
you
something.
Yourself
that
you
belong
here.
And
I
know
that
many
of
us
have
had
moments
of
feeling
like
we
don't
belong,
like
we
don't
feel,
like
we're
not
enough,
or
that
life
has
somehow
left
us
out.
Imagine
yourself
walking
through
a
forest,
or
whatever
place
in
nature
you
feel
most
alive.
Look
around.
Feel
the
breeze.
Smell
the
scent
of
trees
or
the
sea
or
freshly
cut
grass.
Feel
the
sun
softly
touching
your
skin.
Tell
me
you
don't
belong
here.
You
don't
have
to
justify
your
presence.
You
don't
have
to
measure
up
to
the
standards
of
society.
You
belong
here.
Take
a
moment
and
feel
into
that.
And
from
there,
maybe
setting
an
intention.
To
keep
responding
to
life,
the
life
within
you,
and
the
life
that
is
reflected
back
at
you.
